wazo-user are left in the DB when an error during a POST while importing users in confd

      Description

      Given a CSV file with 100 users, the last one has a duplicated username
      When I import the CSV file
      Then I get a 500 error, all confd users have been rolled back and all auth users have been left intact.

      When this happens, I cannot list the existing auth users in the users list of the pbx section. I have to remove all created users from wazo-auth before trying again. Otherwise I will get more duplicated errors.

      This happens because there's nothing checking the status on the auth user creation and since the error is unhandled the HTTP "rollback" is not done on the list of created auth users.
