Transfer with wazo-calld API does not play Asterisk xfersound
Description
Given I have set the `xfersound` option in Asterisk (https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+17+Function_FEATURE)
Given I stared a transfert with `POST /users/me/transfers` in wazo-calld
When I complete the transfer
Then I hear the transfer destination
Expected: I hear the sound configured in xfersound before hearing the destination.

This issue is still present in Wazo 20.17, AFAIK.
