wazo-amid stops relaying events after malformatted events

Description

Given am AMI message is emitted by Asterisk with the following line

When a call is ended
Then the CDR of the new call is not created after 10 seconds

Expected: the CDR is created a few seconds after the call

Note: after this bug occurs, no more CDR will be generated on-the-fly, since the event processing thread in wazo-amid is stopped. The affected events also include conference participants, among others.
