wazo-ui Users: DTMF features are not available

As an end-user, I would like to use *1 and *2 DTMF to start blind/attended transfers and *3 to start recording the call.

In wazo-confd, the setting call_record_enabled and call_transfer_enabled are available, but not configurable in wazo-ui. The default values for those settings is False, so DTMF features are not available.
