remove unused dialaction (action and category)

Description

There are currently some value that are unused since a lot of time

from dialaction_action enum:

  • trunk: removed from the interface in 2011 to be replaced by outcall

  • schedule: now use schedulepath table

from dialaction_category enum:

  • schedule: now use schedulepath table

  • outcall: I didn’t find history (maybe never used)
