Rename xivo-sync to wazo-sync

Description

What still needs to be done

  • Rename jenkins job

  • Change github URL in jenkins

  • Rename GitHub repo

  • Rename the repo in sf-config

  • Remove old package from wazo-dev-buster distribution

  • Write a warning to other devs that they should not update their machine until everything is merged
  • announce to other devs so that they can update their local repo * `git remote set-url origin git@github.com:wazo-platform/<new-name>`

Everything is ready for review but I’d rather wait for the starting day of 24.02 to destroy master and troubleshoot. This is why I did not add the mergeit tag on the PRs
