provd-plugins: fix Aastra default SIP port number

Description

Given I have a new engine
Given I have not configured the SIP port in the provisioning configuration because I don't need to change it from the default of 5060
When I install the Aastra provisioning plugin
Then I have phones that do not work because the default port is set to 0

Expected: I should have 5060 as a default SIP port when provisioning phones.
