SNOM M700 Phonebook Support

Description

Currently to update the DECT system directory, we have to connect to each of the terminals and import a CSV file exported from the PBX.

There would be real added value for us and our customers if Wazo supported the terminal query format.
In addition, this would add an argument to give to our customers to migrate from XXXX to Wazo.

The format used by the terminals is available here and does not seem too complex to set up.

Phonebook: the phonebook URL is too long for what the firmware accepts as a parameter. Therefore, the phonebook does not work.
