As a developper and an administrator I need to be able to set 2 pre-dial handlers on the same call

Description

Given an outgoing SIP trunk on which I need to set a custom SIP header
Given an outgoing call I want to record (on the callee side)
When I add the option b(add-my-header)
When I add the option b(record-this-call)
Then only one of the required actions will be executed

I want to be able to add more pre-dial handlers without having to remember to chain all other ones in my handler.
