The recorded call is always the caller even when the called user should be recorded

Description

Given user A with no recording options
Given user B with internal incoming call recording enabled
Given user C with no recording options
When A calls B
When B answers
When A does an attended transfer the call to C
Then the conversation between A and B is recorded but not between B and C

This is because A's channel was recorded instead of B's channel
