calld unhandled exception when a conference is running

wazo-calld raises an exception when trying to fetch the participants of a conference when the conference does not exists anymore (all participants left at the end) AND another conference is still running.

When there's no conference running Asterisk returns `No active conferences.`
When our conference is not active but other are `No Conference by that name found.`
