Remove hardcoded configuration on stack for mobile (app name, push mobile ios)

Description

Remove hardcoded and add them to the config.yml file

Those settings allow anyone to make their own mobile application and configure the apns-topic that will be sent upon iOS push notification.

Plus changed the config setup in TestAPN to use the configured values in the YAML file.
