Purpose

Some partner need to change the provisionning service port for security or network reason.

As soon as the port is changed, the API continues to work but wazo-confgend doesn’t generate anymore the configuration.

Without a configuration file, the deskphone cannot be provisioned on the new port, but the default port 8667, and therefore cannot install or update a deskphone.

When the provisioning service port is changed, allow wazo-confgend to generate the configuration so that the deskphone is provisionable on the new port.
