To further improve wazo-websocketd service, we would like to tag all events meant for an user to be tagged with a header user_uuid:{uuid} = True (or user_uuid:* = True if it's meant for all users)

Why:

• To futher increase security discarding events not meant for the end user

• To further improve bandwidth utilisation

Steps:

• Add header user_uuid:{uuid} or user_uuid:* to all events meant to be received by end users

• Add bindings in wazo-websocketd only receive events with user_uuid:{uuid} or user_uuid:*
