This is not mandatory to pass wazo to bullseye or python3, but it would help to keep thing clean

Moving to in backlog because wazo-calld PR need to have more stable test before merging this one

There are extra changes in the three remaining PRs that should be reviewed and merged, but the mocks are already updated

Since we were unable to wait for this ticket to be done, the migration of the remaining mocks were dont during the Bullseye release
