Docker images with twisted cannot build

Description

When I build the Docker image for wazo-confgend
Then I get the error: ImportError: No module named typing

Expected: the Docker image builds

Note: this happens for all Docker images installing Twisted after 2022-10-15

Technical details:

  • twisted depends on the library incremental

  • incremental released version 22.10.0 on 2022-10-15. This version requires typing
