When they are too many connected users, wazo-websocketd is too slow to process all messages in near realtime, slowing down RabbitMQ and saving too many messages in queue until ram is overrun or messages get processed.

The proposed fix allows wazo-websocketd to be multiprocess, allowing multiple workers to process messages in parallel from RabbitMQ
