Significant postgres memory consumption since 23.09

Description

Given wazo-platform 23.08

When I upgrade to 23.09

Then I can see a spike of pg memory consumption (at week 26)

Expect: No change on the memory consumption

Quick test: (seems bad test → see comment)

reverting xivo-libdao-python3 to wazo-23.08 and restarting wazo-confd, fix the graph (week 27)

The only change between version in xivo-dao is this PR:

NOTE: This behavior may be “correct”, but without deeper investigation (i.e. if memory stabilize after some time, if the memory is related to the user number, etc..) it’s hard to say. So this ticket is only to keep track of the change

As described in my comment, the only thing to do was to wait one week

We can close ticket

Can you check this when doing the release. I understand from that the release process includes the wazo load measurement, if they confirm the fix, please close this

After fixing , the graph seems fixed (so the tests described in the ticket was wrong / biased by something else)

As of today (24 hours of load test): we can see that there is no more big jump after restart

Blocked: I want to wait more time before confirming that is really fixed (maybe ~1 week).
If confirmed, please only close this ticket

Assigned to to avoid to forget ticket during my vacation

For information: the load test was restarted to test asterisk 20.4.0, but also include the hotfix
