OpenAPI documentation fails to properly render some request or response samples

Some request or response samples are missing or improperly rendered as null json content, as noticed in the wazo-dird API reference(https://wazo-platform.org/documentation/api/contact.html#tag/configuration/operation/get_profile), despite the yaml spec being valid(as verified by using the online swagger editor renderer: ).

The request or response samples appears as null values instead of correct examples of the schema described.
