Add possibility to store provisioning key in wazo-provd configuration

Description

As admin,

I want to be able to store secret string into wazo-provd that will be used to generate a unique endpoint for provisioning server

It will mitigate attack when using auto-provisioning on internet

First thing to do: define API specification (and field name)

Functional code is ready and reviewed (manually tested), but automated tests are missing (i.e. generate patch is possible)
