implement VOIP (baresip) use case in the load generator. It would consist to add a section in the load.ini file for that purpose.

It will require some modifications to handle multiple cases in the load generator cause so far it only generates for wda use case.

the BARESIP section load.ini would express the scenario in its static form (no logic expressed here) resulting in a yaml file.

create a bash script that takes the as input elements in the yaml/json and interpret them for running the logic of the scenario.
