Context Ranges API - Respect the range did_length in the returned ranges

Description

Given I have setup an Incall context with range 0999991000 to 0999991999 with DID length 4
When I fetch the range from this Incall

Then the API return range 0999991000 to 0999991999

Expected: To return range 1000 to 1999
