High usage memory on high-traffic servers

Description

Given I have a Wazo server installed
Given the server has 32GB RAM available
Given it has many users (2k+)
Given around 1 call per second
When I wait for a few weeks
Then the memory usage reaches 20-25GB

Expected: memory usage remains under 10GB

Technical details:

  • Asterisk process is the main responsible for memory usage
