Fix application code to remove what was implemented in DAO

Description

Fix code related to:

  • device configuration (SIP, funckey, etc..)

  • device (mac, ip, etc..)

    • DHCP tests, synchronize, update, tenant change, etc..

  • Small adjustment to fix others tests

As of 2024-06-25:

  • test_devices.py: 1/29 failures (28 fixed)

  • test_params.py: 4/22 failures (18 fixed)

  • test_db_device.py: 1 failures

  • test_configs.py: 1 failure (19 fixed)

  • test_status.py: OK

  • test_plugins.py: OK

  • test_db_*: OK

  • test_documentation: OK
