Function key for call recording (*3) does not enable call recording

Description

Given I am a user with a function key for call recording (*3)
Given I am in call
When I press the function key for call recording
Then the phone creates a new call to *3 and fails

Expected: the call recording is enabled

This happens at least with Yealink phones, but probably on other phone models.

The phone’s configuration file needs to use the type `11 ` for call recording instead of 13

Other function keys that are used while the call is going on should also be checked
