Given I have a call in a Wazo application
Given I already have a playback plugin in this application (not mandatory, but make more sense in the workflow)
When I play another playback using recording: URI that does not exist
Then I never receive application_playback_deleted

Expected: I have the same beahvior than sound: URI (which receive an application_playback_deleted event)

Note: Same issue for recording:, number: and <invalid>: schema URI

Asterisk use different condition to send PlaybackFinished and those schema don’t trigger it
