missing reload pjsip when associate user to call pickup

Given user A, user B, user C and a callpickup
Given I associate user A to callpickup C as target
Given I associate user B to callpickup C as interceptor
Given user C call user A
When user B try to intercept user C with *8
Then the *8 fail

Exepected: the user B can intercept user C

Workaround: module reload res_pjsip.so
This affect version >=18.05
