xivo-confd: cannot reset a SCCP phone to autoprov

Description

An associated SCCP device cannot be reset to autoprov via xivo-confd. The database table sccpdevice still contains the device with the associated line after the operation. However, the device’s status appears as autoprov on both the web interface and in provd.

p.s: only missing tests in the branch.
