BS filter : Prepend, Overwrite and Append does work with spaces and accents
Description
Given a bs filter When changing caller id mode to Prepend, Overwrite or Append with something containing accents and spaces (ex. : les rôties) Then It is not effective
Expected: It works with accents and spaces
Technical: wazo-agid validate if callerid doesn’t contains special/invalid char
Solution: API should validate same regex, OR agid should accept more char (todo investigate impact)

still valid (in 2023-02-03) and probably same issue with all caller_id filter
