remove the db_uri config option from the personal source

A log time ago dird used to not have a mandatory DB connection. In that time, plugins that used the DB had to be configured to know which database to use.

Now that dird uses the DB heavily, configuring the db_uri in the personal source does not make sense anymore. The global db_uri should be used.
