It was the Fanvil X plugin from a github PR that caused the issues (br: 7114-fanvil-x-cherrypick). It has been fixed and new versions built on testing, but since it is not possible to test it without a phone it will stay there. The code to review is on the 7114-fanvil-x-cherrypick branch.
