BLFs previously handled by ctid do not work

Description

Since the removal of xivo-ctid the following BLFs do not work:

  • Do not disturb (DND)

  • Unconditional forward

  • Forward on busy

  • Forward on no answer

  • call filtering (not done in this ticket)
