Goal: Execute wazo-acceptance tests on a container environment
Why: A first POC of container environment will show us

• what is needed to have container ready services

• hardcoded things that should be removed

• how it's easy/hard to scale services

To complete all issues in this epic

• We should not use LOCAL_GIT_REPOS in docker-compose

• No container should has custom entrypoint (except bootstrap)

• No image should be built (except bootstrap)

• Each volume mount should be justified and not used to hack things
